How are orders shipped?
Our orders are managed by various carriers. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day excluding (public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the relevant portal.
What are your shipping options and costs?
For purchases over £50, PILLAR provides FREE standard shipping.
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date we ship your order, providing there are no delays in Customs clearance. Occasionally, we do find there can be unavoidable delays in Customs of up to 1-2 weeks.
We endeavour to replace any product delivered that you are unhappy with, for any reason, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of shipment with a valid proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the product, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including any postage charges.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you take steps to insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately fifteen (15) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. No credit will be issued for material not in a resalable condition. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
