Only 11 months after launch, PILLAR is now the preferred product choice of elite endurance athletes and is now the Official Micronutrition Partner of IRONMAN® Oceania.

PILLAR has developed a leading range of sports micronutrition, providing purposefully formulated products to support optimal recovery, elevate energy production, relieve joint inflammation, and boost immunity.

Developed in partnership with some of Australia’s leading Sports Dietitians and professional sporting codes – PILLAR uniquely uses decades of clinical and elite sport science research to bring a new frontier of product to performance nutrition.

Now looking to expand into various international markets, we need to get the product in the hands of our customers! 

About the role

As part of PILLAR’s work across specialty retail, sports nutrition and pharmacy channels; we’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic Sales Representative to help engage and service our various retailers nationally (and internationally one day).

PILLAR is a unique offering and our sales approach is unique. The role includes high touch collaboration with the Marketing Team but with freedom to make your accounts and responsibilities yours. This role comes with lots of opportunities for growth, travel and personal development.

Where will you be working?

This would be primarily a work from home role and ‘on the road’.

Our team primarily works out of Sydney, however we’re open to applicants from any state within Australia as long as you are fluent in Zoom, Slack and are easily contactable when needed.

When would you start?

Immediate start. We’re keen to get someone on board as soon as possible, so when you’re free to start we’d be happy to have you.


This is a full-time role which will include travel to various states across Australia.

About you:

Experience working in a sales, retail merchandising, retail and/or partnership management role.

Good commercial acumen.

Highly organised and objective driven.

Strong communication skills.

Self-driven and proactive.

A valid drivers licence.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the Head of Sales in the implementation of PILLAR’s retail strategy.

Coordinating retailer on-boarding, merchandising and staff training.

Providing administrative and operational support in both the planning and delivery of successful retail activations.

Maintaining positive relationships with existing retailers, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth.

Assisting in compliance processes and quality control for retail partners.

Desirable skills:

Existing relationships in speciality retail, sports nutrition or pharmacy.

Some level of experience or knowledge of sports nutrition.
